This immersive Insight Day is designed to give you a chance to explore and understand the variety of AWE’s apprenticeship opportunities roles opening in 2026/27. 

 You will: 

  • Hear directly from AWE professionals about their roles and career journeys 
  • Take part in interactive activities to help you discover which role suits you 
  • Join a Q&A panel with current apprentices 
  • Participate in group challenges designed to prepare you for assessment centres
    Learn how the recruitment process works and receive feedback directly from the AWE Early Careers Team   

 

You’ll leave with practical experience, insider knowledge and a clearer idea of whether an AWE apprenticeship could be right for you.
