Winning at Assessment centres – Pathway CTM Outreach

In this session my volunteer and I will look at Assessment centres. Assessment centres are now a standard part of the recruitment process for Apprenticeships, Degree Apprenticeships and Graduate roles. I will again use my experience from my background having previously designed and run assessment centres for Early career recruitment. Assessment centres can be confusing and daunting unless you know what you are preparing for and how to prepare.

This session will fulfil Gatsby benchmarks 2, 4 & 5.
