The position is for Associate IT Project Manager, who is responsible for the delivery of projects within our current transformation programme.

Every project needs to be managed to ensure its success and as an Associate IT Project Manager you will know what needs to be achieved, how it will be achieved, how long it will take and how much it will cost, and works with the project team to achieve the required outcomes. We’ll teach you how to become an expert in project management, starting with the basics and working up to more complex project work over a period of time. All projects will focus on delivery of software in a Cloud environment, so you’ll also learn about the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) in addition to your formal training, and have the option to obtain AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.

About the Apprenticeship

You will be supported on the Associate Project Manager Level 4 Standard which will help build your skills and knowledge and will take you up to 24 months to complete. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will achieve the Association for Project Management Project Management Qualification (PMQ) and the Associate Project Management Apprenticeship Level 4 standard.

Candidates must have achieved a grade C / 4 or above in at least 5 GCSEs including English and Mathematics, and hold a minimum of 48 UCAS points or equivalent.
