We are a diverse team that harnesses a variety of skill sets, from information management and data analytics to building and testing prototypes. We are fundamentally involved at every stage of the engineering process and are driving an exciting transformation in the way we deliver our products with class-leading technology and quality.

DMO is a multi-disciplined department, ranging from office-based engineers and project staff through to highly skilled 5-axis operators, trimmers, painters and workshop modellers. The DMO department engineers manufacture and assemble all individual prototype components to deliver design models.

Special Vehicle Operations (SVO) – Fen End or Ryton:
Our SVO team offers a stimulating environment for innovative minds, giving you the chance to design and develop world-class SV-branded Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles that exemplify our key characteristics of performance, luxury and capability.
