Description

Thales people architect solutions at the heart of the defence-security continuum. Interoperable and secure information and telecommunications systems for defence, security, and civil operators, are based upon innovative use of radiocommunications, networks, and cybersecurity. Thales are ground-breaking new digital technologies such as 4G mobile communications, cryptography, cloud computing and big data for use in physical protection systems, and critical information systems.

The Programme:
As a Manufacturing Apprentice you will undertake a Level 2 Engineering Apprenticeship (NI) at South Eastern Regional College, working towards a Level 2 Diploma in Engineering. You will then have the opportunity to progress onto a Level 3 Engineering Apprenticeship to achieve the BTEC Level 3 Certificate in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering. You will be given a study day each week, alongside your day-to-day role as a Manufacturing Apprentice.

You will also need:
5 GCSEs grade A-C or Level 4-9, including Maths and English.
Right to Work in the UK for the duration of the programme.
