Department Description:
The People Team enable Channel 4 to be a great place to work by building an inclusive culture. Partnering with leaders to ensure people are engaged and inspired to be the best they can be to deliver Future4. They can only ever be as good as their people and the People Team makes sure they have the very best. The function supports their three core business areas: Creative, Commercial and Operations. Each of these is led by a Senior People Partner, supported by a People Partner.

Their Employee Experience team covers, Reward, Pensions & Benefits, Systems & Governance, Payroll, Data Analytics and also People Operations – where their People Assistants act as the first line of contact with their employees and line managers. Specialists in Talent, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and all work across all three business areas, supporting the People Partners to ensure that their people are supported, developed, and engaged to enable the channel to continue delivering on its remit. This role sits within the Employee Experience team.

Qualification Offered With this Apprenticeship:
Business Administrator Level 3
