Entry Requirements: 5 GCSEs grade 4-9 including Maths and English Language. You will also need to have completed further education or equivalent.

What will you do? You’ll be deployed onto a challenging work placement, where you’ll support and learn from experienced professionals from across IBM. That could be in any area across the company, we currently have Business Futures working in Recruitment, supporting Clients and working internally to make us more effective – all of which are making a difference at IBM. Then, at the end of the placement, it’s in your hands. If you would like to consider IBM as a long term career then you could apply for our Apprenticeship scheme or you could go to university – the choice is yours!

Unfortunately, you are not eligible to apply for the Futures Scheme if you are studying for or have already completed an undergraduate degree. Those eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship are eligible for this scheme.
