Description
Your opportunity:
- Reporting to the Head of Business Readiness, the role will help support the team by providing support and analysis for multiple projects/programs across the organisation
- Contribute to working groups as well as prepare necessary pre and post meeting materials
- Facilitate key meetings, such as meeting room booking, taking minutes, capturing and tracking actions through to completion
- Manage the communication strategy including the communication calendar, the communication briefs and relationship with the centralized communication team
- Create slides for PowerPoint meeting decks where required e.g. for stakeholder meetings, working groups and team meetings
- Help with email updates, project documentation, and stakeholder presentation
- Help define the development of training materials, coordinate with workstreams to define training materials, schedule sessions with the appropriate audiences, engaging with external vendors where needed
- Help with the creation of business analysis documentation, when needed, including the creation of operating models, change impact briefings etc.
- Actively contribute to your personal development by engaging in internal training opportunities
- Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills:
- Good analytical skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good communication and presentation skills to help the team do our best work
