Description

Your opportunity:

  • Reporting to the Head of Business Readiness, the role will help support the team by providing support and analysis for multiple projects/programs across the organisation
  • Contribute to working groups as well as prepare necessary pre and post meeting materials
  • Facilitate key meetings, such as meeting room booking, taking minutes, capturing and tracking actions through to completion
  • Manage the communication strategy including the communication calendar, the communication briefs and relationship with the centralized communication team
  • Create slides for PowerPoint meeting decks where required e.g. for stakeholder meetings, working groups and team meetings
  • Help with email updates, project documentation, and stakeholder presentation
  • Help define the development of training materials, coordinate with workstreams to define training materials, schedule sessions with the appropriate audiences, engaging with external vendors where needed
  • Help with the creation of business analysis documentation, when needed, including the creation of operating models, change impact briefings etc.
  • Actively contribute to your personal development by engaging in internal training opportunities
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills:

  • Good analytical skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good communication and presentation skills to help the team do our best work
