Pay rate starts from £11.41 per hour, regardless of age.
An additional £1.50 per hour, for hours worked between 12am to 6am.

As a Chef De Partie you will work a variety of shifts between 3am and midnight.

The heart of our Par & Eagle Bar is our kitchen. As a Chef de Partie you will be serving up a variety of tasty dishes. All cooked and plated with skill, care and a passion for great cooking.

  • Due to some responsibilities within the Team Member role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
  • Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.

Under the supervision of our Kitchen Manager you will:

  • Support the Manager in the recruitment, induction and on boarding of any new Kitchen team members.
  • Demonstrate your leadership with a hands-on approach and effective communication, engaging and motivating your team through pre-shift briefs.
  • Manage stock control and food margins.
  • Manage EHO and Health and Safety audits to a high standard.
  • Dealing with customers, ensuring you always have full knowledge of our products and menu.
  • Drive individual high performance through development and regular one to ones with your team.
  • Working as part of a team, preparing food, serving drinks and have an eye for detail.
  • Thrive in a high volume fast paced airport/station environment.
  • Show passion for the brand, visible when ensuring your team are knowledgeable and confident.

To be successful Chef de Partie with us you will:

  • Be competent, confident and skilled Chef de Partie capable of running a kitchen section
  • Solid management experience
  • Kitchen / hospitality experience is essential
  • Proven track record of leading teams to success
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think fast
  • Great communication skills so you can lead and inspire a team and delight our guests
