This includes private healthcare for all UK-based employees, enhanced maternity and adoption pay and support when you return to work, and a contributory pension scheme with a generous employer contribution.

Commercial Banking is one of the central pillars of HSBC, responsible for serving the millions of business customers we have, who can range from small enterprises and mid-market companies to large multinationals. Commercial Banking provides the services and expertise that these businesses need to thrive, helping them interpret and navigate their financial landscape in order to grow. To achieve this there are a number of distinct teams, and as part of a Degree Apprenticeship with HSBC you could be placed into a series of these to broaden your perspective of how we operate. Potential areas include Chief Operating Office, Middle-Market Enterprise, Large Corporates, Global Cash Liquidity Management and Business Banking, although this list is non-exhaustive.

Programme:
The Degree Apprenticeship programme is a rotationally structured 54-month programme, designed to help you build the skills, behaviours and attributes to forge a long and varied career within HSBC. To achieve this, you will work in 4 different functions of Commercial Banking, giving you broad exposure to how the business operates and allowing you to gain the knowledge to work towards a BSc (Hons) in Financial Services Management via the LIBF.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 GCSEs at grade C/4 or above including English & Maths (or equivalent)
96 UCAS points across 3 A levels (not including General Studies) (or equivalent)
You have not obtained a financial service related degree or equivalent qualification.
