About this role:
The role of a Project Manager is exciting, challenging and collaborative. You’ll support and have the chance to lead the delivery of a range of activities within the wider portfolio of work. You’ll be responsible for driving and delivering work packages or small projects within a larger programme, under the direction of a more senior manager or Scrum Master. You’ll need to be highly organised so that you know what needs to be done and in what order. You’ll also develop a whole new host of skills such as stakeholder management skills; critical to keeping projects on track to time and budget, as well as delighting BT customers. You’ll be identifying potential problems and working out how to fix them before they happen, as part of good practice in risk management.

BT Programme/Project Management team and Agile Practice are responsible for delivering value through transformation programmes across Enterprise. They drive successful delivery through timelines and budgets, reducing risk and adding discipline with planning, to make sure everything runs efficiently also – most importantly – they improve customer satisfaction.

Entry Requirements:
You will need to achieve two A-Levels with a minimum of CC grades. You’ll also need a minimum of five GCSEs at grades 4 – 9 (GCSE C or above) including English Language and Maths. Equivalent qualifications are accepted. Please note if you have already completed a Level 4 qualification in Project Management, you will not be eligible for this apprenticeship.
