The service areas our BrightStarts can join are Programme Management Office (PMO), Organisation & Workforce Analytics (OWA) & Enablement and Adoption.
You’ll need to have obtained or be studying towards at least 104 UCAS points (260 UCAS points pre-2017) for your top 3 A levels (or equivalent) to be eligible for this programme.
In this role you will study towards:
- PMO/OWA/E&A – Ulster University BSc Hons in Business Technology Degree qualification.
You will attend Ulster University for one day a week during term time and outside of term time you will work 5 days a week.

This job description is for HR Transformation, Organisation & Workforce Transformation and Major Programmes as detailed below. You will join us in one of these three areas.
You will need to have obtained or be studying towards at least 104 UCAS points (260 UCAS points pre-2017) for your top 3 A levels (or equivalent) to be eligible for this programme. This is a degree apprenticeship; therefore, you need to have not already completed a degree.
