Ethics & Regulatory Compliance ( London)
As part of our Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory practice of over 2,000 professionals, our Ethics & Regulatory Compliance (E&RC) team help organisations to establish the frameworks, capabilities, processes and technology to manage evolving risk areas, navigate regulatory complexity, behave ethically and grow responsibly.
Our team has a mixture of deep SMEs in a range of topics (e.g. Internet Regulation, Content Moderation, Competition, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Data Privacy, AI, Ethics, Human Rights) and technologists who help solve challenges and improve efficiencies via technology as well as experienced risk and control professionals. We also work closely with our colleagues in Deloitte Legal to bring a truly integrated offering.
We work across multiple sectors, helping some of the world’s largest organisations address complex ethics and compliance challenges, examples include:
- Tech, Media & Telecommunications – e.g. content regulation and ethical use of data
- Energy, Resources & Industrials – e.g. the impact of the energy transition
- Consumer – e.g. ethical supply chain
- Life Sciences & Healthcare – e.g. response to clinical trial regulation
- Public Sector – e.g. implementing ethics and compliance operating models.
The E&RC team are a group of passionate and motivated individuals who are driven to delivering great outcomes for the organisations they work with, while also supporting each other in the team.
