We are seeking an enthusiastic Helpdesk Apprentice to bring their can-do attitude and critical-thinking skills to our technical support and implementation team. This role offers the ideal opportunity for the right person to develop their skills and experience as the Company grows. As a member of the Tech Services Team, you will be responsible for providing 1st line support to our customer base and assisting the other members of the Team with service and project delivery.
You will be responsible for resolving technical issues, and for helping our customers to maximise their IT investment through effective utilisation. You will also work with the back-office team and Service Development Manager to help shape and deliver a first-class user experience.
3 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
