About the Programme

You will rotate around the business whilst working on commercial and corporate properties such as office spaces and retail stores. Work will vary but may include inspection and valuing buildings, help clients acquire and dispose of space, negotiating leases, managing properties for clients, and providing clients with advice on their property strategy.

Qualifications

  • GCSEs – C / 4 grade or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • A-Levels – 72 UCAS points, equivalent of 3 x D grades
