Description

Our network is at the heart of everything we do; from sending a text, to air traffic control systems. It’s constantly evolving, and we’re at the forefront of technology for the next generation of cutting-edge mobile networks and services. As a Mobile Networks Analyst, you’ll ensure our customers are at the heart of everything we do, having mobile network coverage, capacity, and services where and when they need it.

As a Mobile Network Analyst, you’ll work in our Network Capacity teams, monitoring and understanding our mobile Radio Access Network (RAN), providing data insights, strategic requirements, design and operational requirements to help plan and deliver our network rollout; enabling us to provide our customers the best possible service, without incurring unnecessary cost.

You’ll be using a range of different forecasting techniques to identify and predict trends and patterns in data that will help deliver even better services for the future.

Don’t worry, we don’t expect you to know how to do all this right away. We’ll teach you job specific skills, that’ll help you develop a detailed understanding of mobile network technologies, platforms, and other emerging technologies to enable the extraction and manipulation of key data. You’ll also have the opportunity to present your data analysis as part of the Radio Access Network (RAN) planning team..

You’ll be doing real work from day one, learning new skills and techniques to really build your career. By the end of your apprenticeship, you’ll be able to help the business make decisions through your research and insights.
