Responsibilities for Shift Manager:
Leads the shift and motivates the team to drive sales
Follows opening, closing & shift changeover procedures ensuring effective handover
Ensures the cleaning schedules are followed with all cleaning monitored & allocated fairly

Requirements for Shift Manager:
Due to some responsibilities within the Shift Manager role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
To live within 30 min distance( preferably Crawley, Horley or Redhill)
To have experience in a fast paced environment
Valid passport or full provisional driving license birth certificate(if British)
National insurance number and right to work in UK
Proof of home address
