This is a NHS Lewisham & Greenwich Trust work experience placement, within the Community in Lewisham.
Key Details of the Placement:
- 3 day-placement, Mon, Weds, Thurs
- Between Monday 30th June – Friday 25th July
- 10.30M – 3PM
Tasks Completed During Placement:
| The community falls service is a therapy led team who support older adults who have fallen or are at risk of falls. . • Role will involve helping to set up room including moving and putting back chairs. • Completing class register. • Supporting the instructor to complete outcome measures (training will be given) some physical measures and some written. • Supporting individual participants to ensure that they are completing exercises correctly (training will be given).General conversation with older adults some who are lonely and socially isolated. |
