At Pearson as trainee HR Advisor, we are offering you the opportunity to learn, gain further career experience and qualify as you complete the Level 5 HR qualification with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Your opportunity involves:

Trainee HR Advisor – CIPD Level 5 HR consultant partner apprenticeship

Remote working, travel to Manchester office on a regular basis is required and some UK Travel.

Permanent role – Full-time working 37.5 hours Monday to Friday

What to expect

When you complete this Apprenticeship programme, the skills, knowledge, and behaviours acquired will allow you to perform the role of an HR Advisor and benefit your further career development. The academic programme is expected to last for a period of 2 years.

As Trainee HR Advisor you’ll be supported by our HR team members and provide an efficient, effective, and proactive Human Resources service to managers and staff. This position will involve work with managers so that they are fully supported in all elements of the HR remit, thus enabling them to meet their objectives in the most effective way.

Requirements

You will be expected to have excellent time management, organisational and prioritisation skills to keep up in a fast-paced and often pressurised environment. You will need the ability to work independently when required, but with the common sense to know when to seek guidance and advice from colleagues.

We are looking for a strong, reliable, and responsible team player with excellent communication skills both written and verbal in the English language. You’ll be IT literate with working experience of Microsoft packages with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
