Department Description:
The 4Inclusion team looks after workforce diversity and inclusion. The 4Inclusion team exist to build an inclusive culture at C4, somewhere everyone feels they belong and can be their authentic self. They strive to pioneer and lead the industry when it comes to diversity and inclusion.

The team also works in partnership with the Creative Diversity team who are focussed on content commissioning. Together, they ensure that Channel 4’s people and content represent and authentically portray a wide range of voices, backgrounds and experiences from across the UK.

Qualification Offered With This Apprenticeship:
Business Administrator Level 3
