1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Pathway CTM.

2. Eligibility

2.1 This competition is open to students currently in Year 12 or Year 13 (or equivalent), aged 15–18, and residing in the United Kingdom.

2.2 Entrants must be new users of Pathway CTM (i.e. not previously registered on the platform).

2.3 Employees of Pathway CTM, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

3.1 The competition will run from 17 April 2026 to A-Level Results Day 2026.

3.2 Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter, participants must:

• Complete the sign-up form via the official Pathway CTM giveaway page
• Follow instructions provided via Pathway CTM social media channels

4.2 No purchase is necessary to enter.

4.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.

5. The Prize

5.1 One (1) winner will receive a £1,000 gift card.

5.2 The gift card type (e.g. retailer or platform) will be determined by Pathway CTM.

5.3 The prize is:

• Non-transferable
• Non-exchangeable
• Not redeemable for cash

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

6.2 The winner will be announced on or shortly after A-Level Results Day 2026 via Pathway CTM’s website and/or social media channels.

6.3 The winner will also be contacted directly via the contact details provided during sign-up.

6.4 If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Pathway CTM reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Data Protection & Marketing

7.1 By entering this competition, participants agree to be contacted by Pathway CTM regarding:

• Career opportunities
• Work experience programmes
• Events and related opportunities

7.2 Personal data will be processed in accordance with Pathway CTM’s Privacy Policy.

8. Publicity

8.1 By entering, participants agree that Pathway CTM may use their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes in connection with the competition, without additional compensation.

9. General

9.1 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok.

9.2 Pathway CTM reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants, including requiring proof of age, student status, or any other information reasonably necessary to confirm compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

9.3 Pathway CTM reserves the right to:

• Cancel, amend, or suspend the competition where necessary
• Disqualify any entrant found to be in breach of these terms or suspected of fraudulent activity

9.4 Pathway CTM accepts no responsibility for:

• Incomplete or failed entries
• Technical issues affecting entry submission

9.5 The decision of Pathway CTM regarding any aspect of the competition is final.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
