This form is for people who work directly with students at an individual school — for example, teachers, careers leads, heads of year, senior leaders, or other staff members based at one specific school. If you work across multiple schools or for a wider education organisation, such as a multi-academy trust, local authority education team, or another organisation that supports a group of schools, please use the education professional sign-up form.
