Description

Thales people architect solutions at the heart of the defence-security continuum. Interoperable and secure information and telecommunications systems for defence, security, and civil operators, are based upon innovative use of radiocommunications, networks, and cybersecurity. Thales are ground-breaking new digital technologies such as 4G mobile communications, cryptography, cloud computing and big data for use in physical protection systems, and critical information systems.

The Programme:
This is an 18-month apprenticeship delivered in partnership with our external partner Corndel and working towards the Level 4 Project Management Associate standard. The programme is delivered via a blended delivery model including virtual workshops for each of the learning modules, and 1-2-1 coaching sessions with a dedicated skills coach every other week to underpin work-based learning. At the end of the programme, you will have achieved the APM Project Management Qualification, and you will be working as a Project Planner/Controller within the Project Management job family.

Entry requirements:
Two A Levels grade A-C or an equivalent level qualification. You will also require 5 GCSE’s A-C (9-4) including English and Maths.
Right to Work in the UK for the duration of the 18-month programme.
