Pathway has been essential in me landing a range of degree apprenticeships. I was initially introduced to them when Chris attended my school and gave an assembly on the different pathways post sixth form. After signing up to the platform, I received tremendous help in how to navigate through the application process, answer video interview questions as well as being invited to networking events at big firms such as IBM and Accenture, which would later help me in getting through to the final stages of the application process. I also received calls periodically from the amazing staff who would ask if I needed any assistance and keep me in the loop with the different tech apprenticeships and when the applications would open for them.

Four years later, I absolutely love the job I do and am amazed by the amount of impact I’ve had on my organisation and the apprenticeship community, launching an early careers podcast, developing systems to decrease the energy consumption of our corporate buildings, as well as a lot more. I even managed to win a National Apprenticeship Award!

I would not be where I am without the help of Pathway and the lovely staff who believed in me and opened my eyes to possibilities which I wouldn’t have been able to imagine.
