Tom Culley – BT

Without crossing paths with Pathway, I simply would not be where I am today. From Degree Apprenticeships to assessment centre preparation and even knowing how to make a good first impression – these were all skills and opportunities which were brought to life by the Pathway team and lead me to where I am today. 4 years later, I have had incredible opportunities to cut energy costs for BT, provide capacity upgrades through the COVID pandemic, and host comms events for my business unit. I’m looking forward to rolling off of the Apprenticeship programme and remaining with BT as a Networks Professional where I will continue to develop my skills and career.
