I cannot thank everyone at Pathway CTM enough for helping me land the role I’m in now. I got through to five final interviews/assessment centres, including big companies like BT, IBM, Fujitsu and Accenture. The day before my Fujitsu AC, I attended a session with Chris, which helped me prepare for and ace the assessment centre. Pathway CTM’s virtual work experience day with BT allowed me to gain insight into the technology sector as well as learn more about degree apprenticeships and their application processes in general. Attending several Ask Me Anything sessions with Max helped me to navigate the different stages of each application process, and gave me confidence in myself and my abilities. And when I received more than one offer, Max was there to help me decide on which one would be best for me.

Now I’m a degree apprentice at Fujitsu, and I’m so grateful for the work of Pathway CTM.
