The role you take on will depend on your performance, personal preferences and business needs.

Battery Assembly Centre (BAC) and Engine Manufacturing Centre (EMC):
Our EMC and BAC produce a range of propulsion systems that form the heart of all our vehicles: both traditional internal combustion engines and pioneering battery electrification technology.

Our BAC at Hams Hall is powering the next generation manufacturing vital to automotive electrification. At capacity the facility will use 4 million ‘battery’ cells in production every day – that’s 900 million per year.

The EMC in Wolverhampton machines and assembles a range of propulsion systems within a state-of-the-art purpose-built manufacturing facility – awarded with a rating of ‘excellent’ by BREEAM for sustainable buildings.
