About the role:
As an Inside Sales Advisor, you’ll be responsible for developing and growing business with a portfolio of SME customers. Through building successful and sustainable relationships with key customer contacts, the Inside Sales Advisors will achieve (exceed!) targets. By the end of your apprenticeship, you will be able to showcase your commercial awareness, identify a new range of opportunities for your customers, and develop great working relationships with stakeholders, sharing knowledge and collaborating. The best part is that we’ll help you develop so that you can work professionally and independently, taking responsibility and initiative as appropriate.

About the apprenticeship:
This apprenticeship will 18 months and 20% of your working hours will be dedicated to learning and studying. At the end of your hard work, you will gain a level 4 qualification in Business2Business Sales from one of our training partners. As an apprentice, you will study for a nationally recognised qualification as you gain hands on experience in our industry. After successful completion of this apprenticeship, you could kick start a successful career as a sales professional and receive your membership with the Institute of Sales Professionals (ISP).

Entry Requirements:
You’ll need to achieve five GCSEs at grades 4-9 (C or above) including English Language & Maths. Equivalent qualifications are accepted.
