Spirit Supply plays a vital role in our supply chain. You will be directly involved in producing and preparing the spirit that goes into our most iconic brands. You’ll spend three enjoyable years as a respected member of this group, learning everything there is to know.

Our three year Spirit Operator Apprenticeship programme is an exciting, blended learning approach of in-the-classroom and on-the-job training right at the heart of an enormous global operation. We take this seriously, so we’ll take your future seriously.

How does the programme work?

Spirit Supply plays a vital role in our supply chain. You will be directly involved in producing and preparing the spirit that goes into our most iconic brands. You’ll spend three enjoyable years as a respected member of this group, learning everything there is to know.

The programme is structured at a pace to help, support and inspire you. Year one will see you in college full time, split between the classroom and the workshop as you learn the fundamentals. Year two will be on-site four days a week, with one day in college to study for your SCQF Level 5 or your HNC/D in Chemical Engineering. In your final year you’ll be based in the workplace full time putting all your skills and knowledge into practice.

Who are we looking for?

Academically, we’re looking for three Highers including Chemistry at B or above in addition to three Nat 5’s  – including Maths, English and one technical or science subject.
