Description

As a Desk Based Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for a small number of medium-sized accounts, or in some instances, as the single point of contact for one large client, to provide in-life customer support and straightforward cross-sell and upsell opportunities. You will understand the customer’s needs and challenges and look for ways to create a brilliant customer experience.

By the end of your apprenticeship, you will be able to showcase your commercial awareness, identify a new range of opportunities for your customers, and develop great working relationships with stakeholders, sharing knowledge and collaborating. The best part is that we’ll help you develop so that you can work professionally and independently, taking responsibility and initiative as appropriate.

About the apprenticeship you’ll study for

  • As a Desk Based Account Manager, you’ll study for a Level 4 apprenticeship, called Sales Executive.
  • Your apprenticeship scheme will last 18 months and 20% of your working hours will be dedicated to studying.

Entry Requirements

You’ll need to achieve two A-Levels with a minimum of CC grades. You’ll also need five GCSEs at grades 4-9 (C or above) including English Language & Maths. Equivalent qualifications are accepted.
