Over the course of the one-week work experience you’ll learn fast and support with real client work, all while getting PAID! That means you’ll be a valued part of a team of leading global professionals, helping to make a difference to our clients and their businesses. Not long ago, our apprentices were weighing up their options and you’ll hear their insights and experiences of working at EY. Working alongside school leavers completing the EY Business Apprenticeship will help you decide whether you’re ready to follow the same route.

The Business Academy is a great way to work out whether the EY Business Apprenticeship is right for you. We expect that most of the students taking part in the Business Academy will secure a place on the 2022 EY Business Apprenticeship. If you’re one of them, not only will you set your career off to a brilliant start, you’ll take a lot of pressure off your final year at school and will have already met members of your future team here at EY.

Our paid Business Academy balances on-the-job experience with business skills sessions and work shadowing.

Working in supportive teams in either Assurance, Tax or Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy, you’ll gain insight to our business, take part in learning sessions and have lots of opportunities to network with our people to kick-start your EY career.

The Business Academy will run between Monday 25 July – Friday 29 July 2022.
