UBS’s Apprenticeship program provides ambitious and talented individuals with an alternative route to a career in financial services. You’ll earn a salary working in the exciting and fast-paced environment of investment banking, whilst completing training for a recognized qualification offering a fee-free on-the-job education alternative to the traditional university route.

You’ll be working as part of Human Resources (HR). HR supports the business strategy by helping us achieve sustainable business performance and be globally recognized for developing leaders. HR is made up of central and divisionally aligned teams that touch every aspect of an employee’s experience, from recruitment to retirement. You’ll help support our people, enabling them to perform at their best and making sure they are fairly rewarded, playing an essential part in maintaining the meritocratic and inclusive culture that supports our success.

Requirements:
You need to have completed your A-levels or equivalent by September 2023 and achieved BCC along with a level 5/6 or B in English Language and Maths GCSE. It doesn’t matter what you’re studying.

Your Program:
Join us in Human Resources and you’ll work towards a Level 3 Human Resources Assistant; advanced apprenticeship, gaining a CIPD Foundation Certificate in HR Practice as part of your apprenticeship. On successful completion you’ll have the opportunity to progress onto a Higher HR Apprenticeship.
