Starting in the Mortgage Consultant team is key to this, building relationships with customers at the start of their journey and referring them to their Mortgage and Protection Advisors at the right time.

Entry Requirements:
They expect you to be motivated, ambitious and committed to your own development.
You’ll be studying towards at least one A-Level (or equivalent) or have at least one year’s work experience by September 2023 – these can include predicted grades.
If you haven’t already achieved GCSEs Grades 4 – 9 (or equivalent, such as CCEA grade at A*- C) in Maths and English, we’ll support you to complete your Functional Skills in these areas to bring you up to this level.
