Outpatients Systems Manager – Outpatients
Managing a support team within the Outpatients Department. Our role is to make sure that the various systems used within Outpatients across the Trust are working correctly, while developing and improving our service.
You will be carrying out three main tasks throughout this work experience opportunity:
- Reviewing clinic room requests and cancellations, and approving based on criteria
- Checking and inputting Room Audits into our management system
- There will also be a variety of tasks within the Systems Team that you will be able to get involved with, as well as general administrative tasks including responding to e-mails and queries
There is 1 position available for this placement and it will take place from the 10th to the 14th of July.
