What will you be doing?

Work Location  – Prenton

Course and University  – BSc (Hons) in Digital & Technology Solutions @ Manchester Metropolitan University

As an RTS Degree Apprentice, you’ll be immersed in our digital world right from the start. We’ll help you develop your understanding of Linux and Microsoft operating systems, relational databases, graphical editing tools and computer networking. Guided by your experienced colleagues, you’ll gain the skills to provide expert support to our Control Centre to minimise the impact of faults, maintenance and new installations on our customers, stakeholders and communities. 

Throughout your course, we’ll give you the opportunity to relate your studies to real world scenarios that will compliment your learning. And at the end of the programme, you’ll be ready to become a First Line Support Engineering with a starting salary of £36,648. 

We’re looking for someone who wants to do a BSc (Hons) in Digital & Technology Solutions at Manchester Metropolitan University and will work in our Prenton office.

Entry Requirements 

You’ll need three A Levels at grades A-C (or equivalent), including Maths. You’ll also need a driving licence as you’ll need to get to different sites both during and after your training period.
