Team Leader – Camden Bar & Kitchen – Stansted Airport

Pay rate £12.57 per hour, regardless of age.

We have opportunities for Fixed term roles (with the option for working more hours) as well as our New Seasonal roles that allow you to earn more over the Summer months and tailor down in the off-peak seasons to suit your lifestyle.

As a Team Leader you will work shifts between 04:00am – 1:00pm, and as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £14.07 hour!

Here’s what you’ll do as a Team Leader:

• Deliver excellent customer service through your team
• Support the management team in the running of shifts
• Train the team to serve food and drinks to specification
• Involved in various back of house duties alongside front of house tasks
• Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures and Company Policies to maintain a clean, safe and legal workplace
• Support and guide our amazing team to be even more incredible in their roles

Here’s what we need from our Team Leader:

• Due to some responsibilities within the Team Leader role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts
• Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
• Previous supervisor experience in retail or hospitality industry
