In this session we will be looking at how to prepare and approach a 1-to-1 interview. What techniques can we use to answer strengths based questions? How do we know what kind of questions we are going to be asked in an interview? Do I need to answer every question correctly? These are all valid things to think about and this session will help young people feel more at ease with the interview process giving them the tools to give the best of themselves in that interview.
