We are looking for a reliable and diligent individual for a summer placement, who is motivated to gain relevant industry experience and learn about day-to-day operation of a successful recruitment business.

You will be responsible for:

• Searching/sourcing for relevant candidates via conducting market research on job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Data entry to the in-house CRM system, update and improve the existing candidate pool and that way directly contribute to continued expansion of our candidate database.
• Actively head-hunt relevant candidates, conducting initial telephone interviews with interested candidates.
• Proactively seek to engage with candidates that would be relevant to clients of Walker Cole.
• Ensuring that all data relevant to the recruitment process is accurately recorded using the in-house CRM.
• Follow all processes/procedures to meet legislative and internal quality and compliance requirements.
• Understand and apply the use of sectors, attributes, and codes for both candidates and clients when searching or storing new information in the system.
• Practice a right-first-time approach to storing information in the database relevant to clients, candidates, or contacts.
• Exposure to more advanced responsibilities possible, if the above is met to satisfactory level.

Start date: ASAP (summer placement)
End date: End of August/beginning of September
Rate: £9.20 per hour
Location: Office-based in Central London, EC3
