Each company that Pathway CTM partner with, gives their own insights into what roles, Graduate and Apprentice Schemes/opportunities they have available and in which regions around the UK.

Pathway CTM support Gatsby Benchmark 3 through tracking the activity and engagement of every young person signed up to our programme and reporting back to your school/college termly. This can support tailoring a meaningful careers programme that is personal to each student.

For this academic year, Pathway CTM are launching further Gatsby Benchmark 4 resources, such as interviews with employer volunteers on their on their journey to employment. We will also be producing content with employers on linking their careers to subjects taught in the curriculum.

Every single Pathway CTM event ensures Gatsby Benchmark 5 is met through professional encounters with our employer partners. This includes highly engaged 2-way interactions. Whether it be physical or online, young people on the Pathway Programme will easily hit 4 or more encounters with employers.

Pathway CTM have expertly created opportunities with our employer partners for young people to experience the workplace, both online and in-person. Your students will have access to full days requiring pre-work, task-based discussions with employers, and will receive feedback throughout the events.

Young people on the Pathway Programme will have access to our alumni who have been successful at gaining places at top Universities. Your students will be able to ask questions about their experiences and how they got there. They will also be able to hear from our employer partners about how to access university via subsidies and grants.

Pathway CTM employs Level 6 CEIAG to support our Employability Programme. Everything that we do is about feeding back to Careers Leaders in schools to support their conversations individually with students to fulfil Gatsby Benchmark 8.
